Pavillion Rental is priced at $400 per day with a $400 damange deposit.  There is a multiple day discount. 

1. Clients must call ahead to be put down on calendar and have contract mailed to them.  Contact Veronica for Pavillion Rental.
2. Requirements are a Special Event Policy with $500,000 minimum liability.  This policy must name Terrebonne Livestock and Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government as co-insureds.
3. If liquor is to be sold, a liquor license must be obtained from the state of Louisiana.
4. All documents must be returned to TLAFA at least a month ahead of time.

Host your next corporate picnic, cook off, fishing rodeo, family reunion, etc. at our spacious pavillion. 

4-H, FFA, Boy Scounts and Girl Scounts may rent the Pavillion at no charge.  However, insurance requirements apply.
