Pavillion Rental is priced at $400 per day with a $400 damange deposit. There is a multiple day discount.

Requirements are a Special Event Policy with $500,000 minimum liability. This policy must name Terrebonne Livestock and Terrebonne Parish Consolidated Government as co-insureds.
If liquor is to be sold, a liquor license must be obtained from the state of Louisiana.
All documents must be returned to TLAFA at least a month ahead of time.

4-H, FFA, Boy Scounts and Girl Scounts may rent the Pavillion at no charge. However, insurance requirements apply.
